Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Up to 20 patients daily; Orthopedic exams in exam room or via portable equipment; X-Ray procedures including Extremities, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower & Upper Extremities; CT procedures including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction 3. Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, IV Certification — all required at time of submittal; must hold NYS Department of Health license 4. License: NYS License (DOHNYS) required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x9 schedule (with 30-minute lunch); regular schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 2:30 PM to Midnight; first 2 weeks of training are Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM 8.
