- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first-time travelers not accepted; travel experience required 2. Cases: General Emergency Department (non-trauma, combined adult/pedi); high acuity; Stroke and STEMI Certified facility; patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required; SANE and TNCC preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Georgia RN license or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required — hard stop; candidates without Epic experience will be redirected 7. Shifts/Call: 1:4 ratio; every other weekend required; 24 orientation hours; floating rare but within facility/scope as needed; call not specified; holiday policy — if 1 or 2 holidays fall in assignment, traveler works both; if 3 holidays fall in assignment, traveler works 2 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests post-offer or onsite; blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4-12); if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered 9.
