License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; charting system experience listed as preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; 3x12s; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend required; on-call not required; no block scheduling; patient ratios 4:1 days, nights, and weekends; confirm shift in submittal 8.
