Cases: Sees a lot of trauma (not a trauma center), all ED type patients, 2 psych beds, 5-bed fast track/rapid assessment area; patient age groups include Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, NRP, PALS required; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; all RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; charting system experience listed as preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; 3x12s; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend required; on-call not required; no block scheduling; patient ratios 4:1 days, nights, and weekends; confirm shift in submittal 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; 7 or more days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment 9.
