- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; more than 1 year of Outpatient Endo Center experience required; pre/post procedure and inpatient experience required; teaching hospital experience required; previous charge experience preferred 2. Cases: Daily census of 50-60 cases; procedures include Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, Esophageal varices and banding, Sclerotherapy, and more 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; BSN required for all RN positions; copies must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: CA RN License required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour day shifts; 7/7 schedule; no weekend shifts per contract; float required to other UCSF Endo sites; may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility within 75+ mile radius at any time 8. RTO: All RTO must be disclosed at time of submittal; requires manager approval at time of offer; no additional requests accepted mid-contract; RTO cannot fall within the first two weeks of start; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Any employment with any University of California medical facility or acquired facilities must be included in employment history; must provide dates worked, units worked, and manager names for HR rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rates as travel; floating within 75+ mile radius possible 11. Background: Not specified 12.
