- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; however, special note states 3 years of Endo experience minimum required. Ped, Cerner, and Bronchoscopy experience within last 2 years also required. 2. Cases: Upper & Lower GI, Bronchoscopy (required), EBUS, ERCP, EUS, Pain Management. High volume of both Pediatric (0 months-18 years) and adult cases. Pediatric cases Monday-Thursday. 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; must be in hand at time of submission. No pending licenses accepted. 4. License: In-state license required and must be in hand at time of submission. Indiana residents not accepted. 5. Education: Not specified. 6. EMR: Cerner required; Provation preferred. 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule available (4 consecutive days M-F or Mon-Wed and Fri). On-call required: one M-Th shift (1700-0530) per week and one weekend (Friday 1700-Monday 0530) per 6 weeks. Currently 7 on-call shifts per 6-week period; Saturday and Sunday are 24-hour shifts. Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts = 40 hrs./week; 3, 12 hr. shifts = 36 hrs./week; 4, 12 hr. shifts = 48 hrs./week. 8. RTO: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. 9. Returning Staff: Not specified. 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted. Indiana residents not accepted. 11. Background: Not specified. 12. Modules: Orientation is 40 hours. 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required. 14. Scrubs: Provided by the hospital. 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; medical/religious exemptions only. 16. Special Equipment: Not specified.
