Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Hemodialysis, CRRT, and Peritoneal Dialysis 3. Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS required; previous charge experience required 4. License: LA RN License or Compact License required at time of submission (cannot accept pending) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Schedule MWF 645-715 then TTS 645-715 rotating every two weeks 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Travelers can only submit to 1 campus at a time; floating required to LCMC West Jefferson and LCMC Touro 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at time of submission along with personal statement 12. Modules: 5-8 hours for RN, non-billable, completed pre-start, recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy blue 15.
