- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; 2 years of experience listed in qualifications 2. Cases: Pediatric feeding disorders, autism, expressive & receptive language disorders; diagnoses include autism spectrum, developmental delay, feeding issues, fluency 3. Certifications: CCC-SLP required, BLS required, CPR preferred; only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted 4. License: NH state license required for all Allied Travelers 5. Education: Graduate of accredited school of speech and language pathology required 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday/Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week 8. RTO: Include RTO requests upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles accepted at local rate 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Will consider first time travelers with experienced SLP 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown; COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Communication boards, augmentative/alternative communication devices, memory aids preferred Critical: Drug screen required within 14 days of start. References required.
