Experience: Minimum 3 years required; trauma or MOR experience acceptable; first-time travelers accepted; Teaching Hospital Experience and Level II Trauma Experience required; Level I Trauma preferred 2. Cases: CVOR and General OR required; Cardiovascular (Aortic Aneurysm repair, CABG, ECMO, Femoral Cannulation, IABP, LVAD, MAZE, Mitral valve replacement, PDA, Pericardial window, TAVR, ASD repair); Vascular (AAA repair, AV fistula repair, Atherectomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, EVAR, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Vein stripping); Thoracic (Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lobe resection, Mediastinoscopy, Thoracotomy, VATS); Endoscopic (Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange); Whipple experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; must be in hand 4. License: Active IL license required in hand or in active application process at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days (0615-1645); on-call required 1-2 nights per week and every 5th weekend (per notes); every third weekend on call per unit details; block schedule accommodations discussed with manager; guaranteed hours subject to 36-hour call-off allowance per 13-week assignment 8.
