- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will consider 1 year if Level 1 trauma facility experience 2. Cases: Cardiac and Thoracic cases primarily; Vascular (Open and Endovascular Procedures), Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas), Whipples (Pancreatic Procedures) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; ACLS required by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: MO RN or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 1815-0645; on-call required as needed, 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekend call shifts per 6 week schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with holiday RTO); no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted within 75 mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Heart and lung transplant experience needed for night shift; scrub experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular required; circulate required Critical: Level 1 trauma experience required. Must have scrub cardiovascular experience. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. First-timers accepted only if more than 2 years experience in Level 1 trauma facility.
