Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; CNOR and AORN preferred 4. License: Pending license accepted; must be active by start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 0600-1630; on-call usually 3 days per week; every other weekend on call Saturday 0600 to Monday 0600; guaranteed 40 hours; will float to Main OR if CVOR is light 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; must live 50 miles away 11. Background: Not specified 12.
