Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of current CVICU experience required; SICU experience with initial CVICU training may be considered 2. Cases: Fresh hearts, ventilated patients, chest tubes and lumbar drains, chronic and acute renal failure; CVICU experience with fresh open hearts such as CABG, MVR, AVR, TAVR required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; Stroke CEUs required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm with facility) 4. License: NJ RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend and holiday required; floating required to all ICUs, PACU, ED for ICU holding patients, and all IMC units; patient ratio 1:1-2 (may vary when floating) 8. RTO: All time off and schedule accommodations must be submitted with the submittal and approved before offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted 11.
