- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Cath lab diagnostic caths and interventions including Shockwave, IFR, IVUS, Roto, CSI, IABP, and Impella; TEEs and Cardioversions; EP studies, PPM implants, AICD implants, BI V implants; IR procedures including arteriograms, PICCs, Ports, dialysis work, tubes and drains. Preferred: both Cath Lab and IR experience; EP and Structural nice to have but not mandatory 3. Certifications: BLS required; CCI (RCIS) or ARRT required; must be in hand at submission. Kansas license required if ARRT certified 4. License: Kansas license required if candidate holds ARRT certification 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7.
