Cases: Direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR, cardiac surgery, CABGs, open valve replacements, thoracotomies, carotid endarterectomies, complicated cardiac cath lab patients, STEMIs, cardiogenic shock, post-code patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS/BLS, NIHSS required; copies of all certifications must be included in submittal packet 4. License: RN License verification via Nursys pulled within 2 days of submission date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7.
