- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 1st-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Cardiovascular ICU patients including LVADs, balloon pumps, swan catheters, temporary pacemakers, femoral and venous sheaths, arterial lines, TR bands, CRRT, AAA repairs, cardiogenic shock, STEMI/NSTEMI, aortic dissection, decompensated heart failure, and acute limb ischemia 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; Pyxis and SBAR also in use 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no call requirements; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed; multidisciplinary rounds Monday-Friday at 10 AM 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; blackout dates Spring Break (April 4th-12th); holiday policy requires working 1 of 1, both of 2, or 2 of 3 major holidays falling within assignment period; one pre-approved RTO allowed 9.
