- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Conscious sedation, Telemetry skills required; Cardiac catheterization procedures including stent placement, PCI, left and right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts) 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required typically 10-12 days/month; every other weekend required; must be within 30 minutes of hospital from call in; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Baycare does not allow any RTO in contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; traveler must live at least 100 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 8 hours for RN; completed pre-start and annually; time beyond allotted hours is non-billable 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted if very experienced 14.
