Cases: EP mapping, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, pacemaker insertion, AICD insertion/programming, left atrial appendage closure 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCES required 4. License: Valid RN state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7a-530p, rotating late shifts, no weekends, no call requirements 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission; two pre-approved time off requests allowed 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning as traveler; facility does not allow travelers to return after working 365 days despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: Must live minimum 50 miles from facility per driver's license address; locals not accepted except travelers 50-99.9 miles away for one assignment with no extension eligibility; those under 50 miles at lower bill rate with no extension 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable, average 2-8.5 hours, completed during first week, paid bi-weekly in 2nd or 3rd paycheck 13.
