Cases: Required - Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left/Right heart catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, PCI, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Rotablator atherectomy; Preferred - ASD Closures, Scrub Procedures, TEE, Valvuloplasty, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Watchman procedure, EP procedures, GI procedures, Genitourinary Procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required in hand; NIHSS required (pending accepted, must get during compliance) 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license preferred; pending license accepted (must get during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 hour days 0700-1730; on-call required; weekend coverage every 3rd 8. RTO: No restrictions 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10.
