- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per VMS job requirements; 1 year minimum per notes; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, Peripheral, Vascular; scrub experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; radiation badge must be provided by agency 4. License: SC or Multi-state/compact license required at start of contract 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days, 7:30a-6p; on-call required 1-2 nights/week, one weekend in a six-week period, holiday call possible; no block schedule accommodation 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs; two pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Previous Charge Experience required 10.
