- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, no exceptions 2. Cases: Must have experience with coronary and peripheral angiography, no exceptions 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be on hand at submission 4. License: MO or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s (0700-1730, may vary slightly); call required 2 days per week and 2 weekends (Fri-Sun) per month, with opportunity for more 8. RTO: Unable to accommodate week-long requests around holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule, no exceptions 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted only if they meet the years of experience requirement and are familiar with the equipment, no exceptions 14. Special Equipment: Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Rotablator, Diamondback, Temporary Pacing, IVUS Critical: COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. Coronary and peripheral angiography experience and 2 years of experience are both absolute requirements with no exceptions.
