Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (VMS notes also list 1 year in the structured section; the explicit narrative states 2 years required) 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, pacemaker insertion, ICD insertion, loop insertion/removal, cardioversion, TEE, peripheral vascular, interventional radiology; typically 1-3 cases per week on call 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS and ACLS required; PALS listed; must be AHA or equivalent (not explicitly stated in these notes); copies should be confirmed at submission 4.
