- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; no first time travelers 2. Cases: Endoscopic vein harvesting required (hard stop) 3. Certifications: BLS, ABSA or NBSTSA or NCCT, Either FA cert required 4. License: Valid LA License or Compact License due at submission; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Charting required 7. Shifts/Call: Every third day Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-7am; weekend call every third week Friday 3:30p-7a, Saturday-Sunday 7a-7a 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Travelers can only submit to 1 campus at a time 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at submission with personal statement 12. Modules: Non-billable, 5-8 hours for RN, 2-4 hours for Allied; completed pre-start, vary by specialty 13. Travel Experience: No first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: CVOR RNFA or CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant accepted Critical: Weekend requirements every other weekend (subject to change).
