- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience required (HARD STOP); Heart Transplant highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, CSFA required; NBSTSA, NCCSA also accepted 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days schedule; call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks; weekends only required during call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday may be considered if 3 holidays fall during assignment; no consecutive weekends; only 1 weekend RTO in 4-week timeframe 9.
