- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: PET Cardiac perfusion scans, PYP amyloid, Thallium viability, Muga studies, R to L shunts, Bone/bone marrow/WBC scans, CSF leak, cisternogram, brain perfusion, brain shunt patency, datscans, brain death flow, gastric emptying, hepatobiliary, GI bleeds, Liver/spleen scans, Lung VQ and quantification VQ scans, MIBG scans, DTPA GFR determination, Lymph melanoma, lymphangiogram, Parathyroid studies, MAG3 renal studies, Thyroid studies, Y90 treatment imaging, 131I Thyroid, Xofigo treatments; Rb Cardiac Rest/Stress, Rb/FDG Cardiac Inflammation, FDG Oncology and Brain Scans, Amyloid Brain scans, Prostate imaging, Neuro research 3. Certifications: BLS required; NMTCB or ARRT (N) AND ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) required; PET experience required 4. License: WA state license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Cedars and MIM preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days Monday-Wednesday (8 am-6:30 pm) and Saturday (6:30 am-5 pm); shift starts range from 6:30 am-9:30 am and end as late as 7 pm; flexibility with varied shifts required; on-call required; in low census, may be called off or placed on-call in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift per 2-week cycle; floating within hospital required; no floating to sister hospitals 8.
