Cases: Central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, starting and maintaining IVs, wound care/wound vac, wound drains/JP/Hemovac (hard requirements) 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be current and attached with profile at submission; Active LPN License required; current Nursys attached with profile at submission 4. License: Active LPN License; WA state; pending license accepted; Nursys required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Net Solutions; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour NOCs; every other weekend required; float required between Long Term Care and Transitional Care units and all facilities within state; no on-call required; guaranteed hours with up to 1 shift call-off per pay period; scheduling type listed as Other 8.
