Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience required; must have Med Surg experience within last year 2. Cases: MS/Tele preferred; elective joint replacements, fractures, trauma, back/neck surgeries, post-op craniotomy, seizures, strokes 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Tele/EKG Exam required 4. License: State license must be active and in-hand prior to start date; pending licenses considered at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 Nights 1900-0700; float required; every third weekend required 8. RTO: Limit 2 requests per contract; must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from facility for at least 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; up to 4 hours factored into NBO; completed during orientation via MyPath 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred; no first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Any color/brand - solid colors 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
