- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Acute Care experience within the last 2 years required; patient ratio experience of 6 2. Cases: Complex care unit for Medicine, ortho overflow, and complex long-term patients; diagnoses include COPD exacerbation, infections, failure to thrive, and social issues 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Active New York Single State LPN license required; pending license not accepted; NY is not Compact 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a, 13-week contract; every other weekend required; every other holiday if needed; client may cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract without charges 8.
