Cases: Inpatient adults with actual or potential life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions; common diagnoses include sepsis, MI, unstable angina, Coronary Artery Disease; may include cardiac patients receiving IV antiarrhythmic therapy, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation 3.
