- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large hospital; Level 1 Trauma preferred, Level 2 accepted 2. Cases: Diagnostic radiographic procedures including contrast media administration; may perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA required), ARRT, ODH certification; N95 fit testing required before working on HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered 4. License: ODH certification required; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Associate degree in Allied Health with major/area of study in Radiologic Technology 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Friday-Sunday, 6:30p-7:00a; may have on-call responsibilities; Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census 8. RTO: Must be submitted with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; RTO approval at manager's discretion; no more than 14 days of RTO allowed; all schedule requests, start date, and RTO must be on the front page of the application at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Radiology local radius is 30 miles; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept any past license action 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours; up to 24 hours are billable; completed during orientation and up to 8 hours annually; module hours are self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Preferred 14.
