Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year Acute experience required; some units may require more as outlined in unit descriptions 2. Cases: Abdomen, Female Pelvis, MRCP, Breast, Brain, Face/soft tissue neck, Head MRA, Head MRV, Neck MRV, Foot, Hand, Hip/bony pelvis, Knee, Shoulder, Cervical, Lumbar, Sacrum/coccyx, Spinal trauma, Thoracic; Adult Acute Care setting required 3. Certifications: ARRT MR required; must be AHA; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid State License required; pending license accepted if approved; 2 references from within the last 24 months required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; varies on some units 7. Shifts/Call: Possible every third weekend Saturday rotation 0730-1630; no block scheduling; schedules can be changed with two-weeks notice; floating to other units and/or facilities is expected 8. RTO: No holidays or holiday eves/days after holidays approved; requests exceeding 7 days require manager approval 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year (permanent staff) before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Ohio facilities only — fingerprinting required for Patient Transport, Pediatric, Peds Psych, Psych/Behavioral Health, and all Children's specialties; Ohio FBI/BCI results take 4-6 weeks; travelers cannot start with results pending, no exceptions 12. Modules: First 4 hours non-billable; any time exceeding 4 hours billable up to 8 additional hours (12 hours total); completed during orientation and annually; vary by specialty; facility reported 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; unit accepts first timers 14. Scrubs: Grey scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Siemens preferred (noted as a skill) Critical: 1 submission only per candidate.
