- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: 3D rendering, abdomen with/without contrast, carotid, cervical, chest with/without contrast, colorectal studies, enterography, head with/without contrast, heart (calcium scoring, coronary angiography), IVP, lumbar, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, pelvis with/without contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, thoracic, vascular chest (PE, CTA, aorta), trauma head 3. Certifications: ARRT(R)(CT) and BLS required 4. License: WA State License required; must be in hand or applied for at least 30 days ago (current issuing time is 35-60 business days) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 0900-1930, Thursday-Sunday; every weekend required; no on-call required; floating within site and across system is required — refusal to float will result in contract cancellation 8. RTO: Finalized RTO must be included at submission; no RTO within first week of start date; no more than 7 days of RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
