- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Preparation and/or administration of contrast media; Radiation safety; extensive CT skill set including 3D rendering, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, myelography, vascular CTA, and more (see skills list) 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT) required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand is accepted; Virginia will grant emergency authorization while permanent VA license processes 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Siemens experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Monday-Thursday, 9p-7a (start/end time may vary +/- 2 hours based on unit need); no on-call requirement; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: All RTO requests must be included with submission; must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff) 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
