- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years consecutive direct pediatric experience required, non-negotiable; first-timers not accepted; seeing mostly adults with occasional peds patients is NOT sufficient 2. Cases: Daily caseload 7-20 per tech; Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, Cardiac Stent Placement, Rotablator atherectomy, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TAVR (required), Mitral clips, ASD, PFOs (required); IVUS, Atherectomy, CSI, Pneumbra, Peripherals (preferred); Pediatric Congenital patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS required 4. License: Pending state license NOT accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 06:30-17:00; on-call required as needed; no weekend requirement; no floating within facility or to sister facilities 8. RTO: See submittal instructions; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals NOT accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation hours: 40 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Any color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Facility is a Level II Trauma, Level I Peds Trauma, Short Term Acute Care facility with 615 staffed beds.
