- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Daily caseload per tech unknown 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS required; State License (OBMI) required 4. License: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting required at submission 5. Education: Travelers must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment 6. EMR: Epic; Epic experience required for RN submissions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days (Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday); on-call not anticipated; float within site and across system required — refusal to float will result in contract cancellation 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO per assignment; no RTO during first 2 weeks; all RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be separated from facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; candidates may not reside within 50 miles of any Legacy facility 11. Background: No felony convictions accepted; any background hit must include traveler explanation statement and waiver/approval documentation 12. Modules: Pre-start modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities are non-billable; estimated 4-8 hours; modules completed during orientation are billable or attributed to NBO within first 8 hours; all compliance documents due by Wednesday prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color besides all black and camo print; X-Ray Tech scrubs can be facility-provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens experience required; IV skills required Critical: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager required at submission (preferably within last year). Guaranteed hours subject to mandatory cancellation — one shift per two-week pay period; must cancel 1.5 hours before shift start.
