Certifications: BLS and ARRT CT required; ARRT R and ARRT-Xray also listed 4. License: Pending License Not Accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Facility provides housing (1-bedroom apartment, no pets allowed) and a rental vehicle for the duration of the assignment. Traveler must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance with rental car coverage prior to operating the vehicle. Vehicle is limited to within a 30-mile radius of the facility and must be returned with a full tank of gas and cleaned upon departure.
