Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, ICU experience required; NICU, PICU preferred; NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT CT required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights, Friday-Sunday, 3p-330a; 2 call shifts per month if needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: PACS and contrast required; biopsies and IV starts preferred Critical: All travelers subject to float to any Cone Health campus. All RNs must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed, no study material provided). Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date.
