- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Not specified by years, but Trauma Level I experience is required; Community Hospital experience preferred; Previous Charge experience preferred 2. Cases: Abdomen without/with contrast, Brain perfusion, Carotid, Cervical, Chest without/with contrast, Colorectal studies, Enterography, Head without/with contrast, Intravenous pyelogram, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction, Musculoskeletal trauma, Pelvis without/with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Thoracic, Trauma head, Vascular chest (pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Vascular CTA 3. Certifications: ARRT RT(R) required; ARRT CT registry preferred; CPR/BLS required; Associate Degree in Allied Health/Radiologic Technology required; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: ODH (Ohio Department of Health) licensure required; any active state RN license or compact license accepted; candidates with past license disciplinary action will not be accepted 5. Education: Associate degree in Allied Health/Radiologic Technology required 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 10am-10:30pm; may have on-call responsibilities; may float within hospital or to another Premier hospital nearby; Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census 8. RTO: Maximum of 14 days allowed per contract; must be listed on front page of application at time of submission; no schedule requests or RTO will be negotiated after an offer is made; traveler must be available to work every other holiday 9. Returning Staff: Any previous permanent/PRN staff or prior agency traveler not extended due to tenure must wait 6 months before applying; must disclose prior employment including facility, unit name, and dates; facility rehire approval required before any offer can proceed; failure to disclose will negatively impact candidate and may result in cancellation 10. Travel/Local: Radiology local radius is 30 miles; local travelers are not accepted; Nursing local radius is 50 miles; local travelers are not accepted 11.
