Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per unit notes; 1 year required per compliance section 2. Cases: Abdomen without/with contrast, Brain perfusion, Chest without/with contrast, Head without/with contrast, Musculoskeletal trauma, Pelvis without/with contrast, Vascular CTA, Multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, and additional CT/X-ray procedures 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT(R) required; IV certification required; ARRT(CT) preferred 4. License: NY license required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Foreign education must be flagged to account manager at time of submittal for verification 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Thursday 1100a-2100p; rotating weekends to cover vacations; rotating on-call; floating required 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days of RTO 9. Returning Staff: 1-year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted; unit notes state locals accepted within 50 miles — note conflict; confirm applicable rule with account manager 11. Background: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total module time may reach 10 hours; any time exceeding 5 hours is non-billable; completed pre-start; vary by specialty; recorded via facility report 13.
