- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (18 months mentioned in compliance section) 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, and ER patient expectation; preferred cases include Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics 3. Certifications: ARRT(R) required, ARRT (CT) preferred, IN radiology license, BLS required; ACLS listed in skills section 4. License: IN radiology license required; must be in hand prior to start date 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred; PACS: Synapse 7. Shifts/Call: Sat-Sun 18:00-6:30 and Mon 18:30-7:00; guaranteed hours vary by shift type 8. RTO: Can auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local; locals accepted for certain positions at lower rate; out-of-state requires 3-month break, in-state requires 6-month break for eligibility reset 11. Background: Background policy must be noted prior to submission for approval 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Scrub color not specified in notes 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
