Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (18 months mentioned in compliance section) 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, and ER patients; preferred experience with Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics 3. Certifications: ARRT(R) required, ARRT (CT) preferred, IN radiology license, BLS required; ACLS preferred 4. License: IN radiology license required; must be in hand prior to start date 5. Education: Travelers University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred; PACS: Synapse 7. Shifts/Call: Tues, Thur-Fri 18:00-6:30; floating 100% required to hospital or affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee must be away 12 months before applying as traveler; consecutive contract policy with break requirements 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local; locals accepted for Surgical Services, Allied, IU Clinics at lower rate; not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, ER positions 11. Background: Policy noted prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Color not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
