Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Electrophysiology Technologist – Pediatric
Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend rotation: call only 1-2 weekends per month (anticipate every 3rd week)
Holiday Expectations: call only; included in department call rotation
Holiday Expectations: call only; included in department call rotation
On call: 7 call shifts (includes weekend) in 3 week rotation; weekday call: EOS to 0700 following day; weekend call: EOS Friday to 0700 Monday; 45-minute response time, no sleep room available
Requirements:
- WA License
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with above cases as circulator and patient monitoring (sedation needs provided by Anesthesia)
- BLS
- RCIS and/or ARRT
- Prefer prior pediatric cath lab
- Monitoring experience preferred
Other Details:
- EMR: EPIC Cupid (experience preferred)
- Will not accept a first-time traveler
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Pediatric Congenital diagnostic and interventional: LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structure stenting/ballooning, collateral closure; Pediatric Electrophysiology: pacemaker implant/generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, EP study with radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial Tach, PVC
