Cases: EP Lab cases; EP mapping; Cardiac Ablation; Cardiac Mapping; Cardioversion; Pacemaker Insertion; Insertion/Programming of AICDs; Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure; Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab; Fluoroscopy; Conduction Studies; Arrhythmia Induction 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ARRT(R) with Virginia state license OR CCI RCES/RCIS required; must be AHA or equivalent; copies required at submission 4. License: Virginia state license required if ARRT(R) certified; any active state license (in hand or pending) accepted; Virginia will grant emergency authorization while permanent VA license processes; CCI RCIS/RCES — no license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7a-5:30p; rotating late shifts; no weekends; no formal call requirement; all staff rotate staying late if a case extends into the evening; EP closes on Carilion holidays; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
