Cases: Responsible for set-up of EEG reads and communication with Neuro providers; covers inpatient peds and adults and outpatient peds; skills include Adult ICU, Ambulatory EEG, ECI Brain Death, Electrode Placement, Emergency Department, EMG, Level 1 Trauma, Long Term Monitoring/Video Monitoring, NICU, PICU, Portable Recording, Seizure Studies, Sleep Deprived EEG, Sleep EEG, Portable Recording ICU 3. Certifications: BLS and R.EEGT required; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: Valid State License required; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks); Hep B vaccine required — titers and declination not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 variable; ambulatory clinic Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; 24-hour call coverage 365 days a year shared among team; 1 night per week and 1 weekend per 4 weeks on call; guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with up to 1, 12-hour shift call-off per 2-week period; traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8.
