- Unit Notes:- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote Department: MLT - SCD "Certs: Do they need BLS (will they have contact w/ patients?) MLT or MT certified: In rare cases they will do venipuncture. MLT or MLS certified. "What areas do they cover? Generalist night shift. Do they need to be a Generalist? Yes Do they need to perform Phlebotomy? Yes on rare occassions. Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Minimum of 2 years as a Generalist. LIS System (ie. Polytech, Avalon, Orchard Software, Apollo, Prolis, BioTracer, etc.) EPIC EMR/Specific Equipment used in each area? EPIC Beaker Lab Manager/Supervisor Nympha Marvilla- Lab Director, Sydmel Sanchez-Lab Tech Coordinator Lab Assistant Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)
