- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab tech experience required 2. Cases: 20-35 cases per day; coronary and IR experience preferred; experience required with impella, balloon pump, PCI, stents, pacemaker, catheterization, rotablader, EKG (12-lead and rhythm interpretation), stroke and STEMI call coverage (CCL and IR) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT required (RCIS not accepted as national cert — ARRT required); all certs must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: AZ state license required; must be obtained before start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 0700-1730 (3x12s considered); weeknight call coverage one day per week 1730-0700; weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks, 5-6 weekend shifts per contract; call covers Stroke and STEMI (CCL and IR) 8.
