- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Cardiac Cath experience required (balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, coil embolization, filter placement, impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization); IR experience required (stents, angioplasty, thoracentesis, peripherals, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access); EKG experience required (pacemakers, rhythm interpretation, sinus node rhythms, holter monitoring); EP experience required (baseline measurements, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion); No neuro cases or structural heart; Hybrid lab performing both Cardiac Cath and IR cases 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; FL license required; ARRT R, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, CET, Fluoro Permit, ARRT Advanced Cert also listed 4. License: FL license required; pending state license NOT accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Shift 06:30-17:00; on-call is required — one week on call followed by two weeks off; call team consists of 2 RNs and 2 Techs; STEMI call and IR covered by the same call team; guaranteed hours apply after the first call-off per pay period 8.
