- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of Cath Lab experience required 2. Cases: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab; Neuro procedures including Carotid/Cerebral Angiography, Stroke Thrombectomy, Cerebral Coil Embolization; Vascular, Structural Heart, and Interventional Radiology procedures; candidate should ideally be able to scrub cases 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, and ARRT OBMI licensure required; must be qualified to operate fluoroscopy equipment 4. License: Active Radiology Technologist license required; Oregon OBMI license required to operate fluoroscopy in Oregon; manager will consider candidates with an active out-of-state Rad Tech license who have or will apply for Oregon OBMI licensure 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required weekdays and weekends; 12-hour shifts during staff shortages; PSV CVL has a 30-minute callback response time; 48-hour shifts not approved; weekends required 8.
