Cases: Interventional, Structural, Peds, Congenital, ECMO, Heart Failure, Transplant, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, PCI, Multiple Devices; Level 1 experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required (PALS not needed at submission but must be obtained before start date); ARRT required; RTR or RTRCI required; EKG onboarding exam, Basic math exam, Cath Lab Tech Competency exam, Cath Lab Technician skills, and CORE exams allied required 4. License: KY Rad Tech License through ARRT required before start (pending license acceptable at submission); Kentucky State Radiation License KBMIRT required before beginning assignment 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; McKesson required; Charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 0700-1730; 1 late call per week (5:30p-7:30p); 1 call shift per week (5:30p-7:00a); 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30p - Monday 7:00a) 8.
