- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: MUST HAVE: interventional cases (not IR), STEMI; strongly preferred EP and TAVR experience; Preferred: Ablations, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremity, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure; scrub experience with TVARs, Watchman, and Ablations preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT(R), ACLS, BLS required; must be AHA 4. License: Pending state license accepted as long as applied 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner (facility charting); McKesson experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Dayshift; alternating 0730-1800 and 0630-1700; on-call required — 10-12 call shifts per month, 30-minute response time, 12-14 hour call duration beginning at shift completion or 5pm if not working that day 8.
