- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years experience; will accept 1st time travelers 2. Cases: Daily caseload: 15 3. Certifications: ALCS, ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: Valid LA License or Compact License due at time of submission; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave the health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Travelers can only submit to 1 campus at a time 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at time of submission, along with personal statement 12. Modules: Non-billable; RN: 5-8 hours, Allied: 2-4 hours; completed pre-start; vary by specialty; recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: Will accept 1st time travelers 14. Scrubs: Scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Preferred: GE Innova; Monitoring/Recording System Preferred: Maclab, Xper Critical: Must start 6/15. Hardtop deadline is Wednesday prior to Monday start date. At least two recent manager references required. COVID-19 Vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only.
