- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Structural Heart Scrub experience a must 2. Cases: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader; Preferred: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must have at least one: RCIS OR ARRT 4. License: NC or Compact license; pending OK for submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC, MAC Lab 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour days 4x10 Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30; Call required with callback and weekend call; 9-11 days in 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays); Must work 2 of 3 major holidays; No RTO during first week; All RTO must be pre-approved; Cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying; Disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
